摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing cone shaped fenders is provided to secure the shape and figure accuracy of the fender by using an outer mold in an integrated type for a manufacturing process and forming the outer surface of a body unit of the fender before completing a mold assembly. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cone shaped fenders comprises the following steps: molding a body unit by laminating a rubber plate to an inner mold (S10); molding a first inner steel plate assembly by laminating the rubber plate to both sides of the first inner steel plate (S20); molding a second inner steel plate assembly by laminating the rubber plate to both sides of the second inner steel plate (S30); molding the outer surface of the body unit by laminating the rubber plate inside an outer mold in an integrated type (S40); molding an outer mold assembly by inserting the inner mold and the body unit into the outer mold in an integrated type (S50); connecting the first inner steel plate assembly and a first mold (S60); connecting the second inner steel plate assembly and a second mold (S70); molding a mold assembly by connecting the first inner steel plate assembly and the second inner steel plate assembly to be positioned for touching the body unit (S80); heating and pressurizing the rubber by installing the mold assembly to a pressurizing press and injecting the steam at high temperatures (S90); and disassembling the mold assembly (S100).
