PURPOSE: Mobile device and memo function execution method thereof having a memo function are provided to use a memo function in any environment within a mobile device. CONSTITUTION: A memo processing unit (30) generates an even key value for at least one event. The memo processing unit matches the generated even key value with memo data inputted by a user. A memory unit (40) stores the generated event key value and memo data corresponding to the event key value. When a first event is generated, a control unit (10) generates a first even key value for the generated first event. The control unit controls the memo processing unit to match and store memo data inputted according to a memo generation request and the first event key value with the memory unit.
