PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror joining method by which the satisfactory smoothness of mirror after joining is obtained and the angle accuracy of the mirror can be ensured.SOLUTION: A joining range for a mirror member and a mirror receiving plate is divided into two, one of which is a range where the mirror member contacts a contact member and a range where it does not contact it. The joining range for the range where the mirror member contacts the contact member is composed of a double-sided tape including a base material that is not deformed easily. The joining range for the range where the mirror member does not contact the contact member is composed of a double-sided tape including a base material that is elastically deformed easily. |
