PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a head space to a predetermined amount in a container that is filled with liquid while being molded by means of a blow-molding device that uses a liquid such as a beverage, a cosmetic, or a drug as a pressurized fluid ultimately used to fill a product.SOLUTION: A blow-molding device is configured such that: a rod is arranged to be inserted through a blow nozzle that is tightly connected with a cylindrical opening in a preform, and while the tip of the rod is inserted in the preform, a container is formed along a die cavity to have a bulging shape by means of a pressurized liquid supplied inside the preform via a cylindrical introduction path that is formed by the blow nozzle and the rod; once the container has been formed and the supply of pressurized liquid has been stopped, the rod is removed from inside of and inserted into the container; and when the formed container is filled with a liquid, the head space occurring therein is controlled to a predetermined amount by the shape and insertion position of the tip of the rod. |
