A method for treating eventration in septic wound comprises the location of the graft in intra position and its fixation to the anterior abdominal wall. At the same time mesh prosthesis based on polypropylene is selected as a graft, and its size is determined individually with excess of the size of the defect area in the abdominal wall at passing of the graft inside wound. Then the endoprosthesis is fixed with polypropylene monothread using endoscopic needle, passing it through all the layers of the abdominal wall with tying knots under the skin, the second series of sutures is applied at a distance from the edge of the prosthesis, capturing only the inner layer of rectus fascia. Then the wound is loosely filled with ointment napkins, and in the postoperative period the wound is treated by open method and the final closure of the defect is carried out as wound cleansing, appearance of healthy granulation tissues on the endoprosthesis and reducing intra-abdominal pressure. |
