PURPOSE: An automatic cuttlefish processing machine is provided to be able to improve the productivity by an automated rapid chain job and to reduce the failure rate by enhancing the processing uniformity of cuttlefish. CONSTITUTION: An automatic cuttlefish processing machine comprises a driver (101), a cuttlefish carrier (201), a body disembowelment part (301), an intestine separation part (401), a body demounting part (501), an intestine cutting part (601), and a head disembowelment part (701). The body disembowelment part disembowels one part of a transferred cuttlefish body (801) and unfolds. The intestine separation part separates the cuttlefish body transferred in the state of being disemboweled from the cuttlefish intestines (804). The intestine cutting part is combined with an intestine cutting cutter (604) on a rotating shaft (603) in order to cut and separate the cuttlefish intestines from the cuttlefish head (802) in the state of being demounted. The head disembowelment part disembowels the cuttlefish head in which the cuttlefish intestines have been removed by the intestine cutting part. |
