PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an operation input system which allows operation input that is more reliable than before without gazing a display screen, as well as operation input that is excellent in convenience.SOLUTION: A protrusion control section controls positions in a protrusion direction of plural protrusion members 20 which are arranged along an operation surface 11a of a touch pad 10, and distal end portions of which are configured to protrude from the operation surface 11a of the touch pad 10. When a display screen 41 of a display device 40 provided separately from the touch pad 10 is divided into plural screen regions 48 and at least one of the screen regions 48 displays a specific operation mark 44, the protrusion control section divides the operation surface 11a of the touch pad 10 into plural operation surface regions 18 corresponding to respective screen regions 48, sets a boundary 19 between the operation surface regions 18 such that an area of each operation surface region 18 corresponds to a display content of the corresponding screen region 48, and causes the protrusion members 20 to be protruded along the boundary 19. |
