PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion element module capable of preventing displacement of a thermoelectric conversion element when jointed to an electrode layer.SOLUTION: In a thermoelectric conversion element module 11, a first substrate 15 provided with respective electrode layers 14a, 14b, and a second substrate 26 provided with respective electrode layers 14a, 14b are arranged so that the electrode layers 14a, 14b are opposed to each other. One end of a thermoelectric conversion element 22 is jointed to joint planes 30, 40 of the respective electrode layers 14a, 14b of the first substrate 15, and the other end of the thermoelectric conversion element 22 is jointed to the joint planes 30, 40 of the respective electrode layers 14a, 14b of the second substrate 26. Then, positioning protrusions 31, 41 for positioning the thermoelectric conversion element 22 in a region of each of the joint planes 30, 40 project on the respective joint planes 30, 40 of the respective electrode layers 14a, 14b. |
