The device (100) has a container (110) comprising a main cavity (113) for containing a liquid product, a neck (114) for filling the main cavity with the product, and a product conveying conduit (117). A closing element (130) is inserted into the neck, so as to close the main cavity, and forms a metering cavity (135) to contain a predetermined maximum product dose. The metering cavity is partially extended into the main cavity, and the product conveying conduit authorizes circulation of the product between the main and metering cavities, when the closing element is inserted into the neck. An independent claim is also included for a method for filling and closing a metering device. |
