PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation voltage generation circuit and a temperature compensation type oscillation circuit.SOLUTION: A temperature compensation voltage generation circuit 29 is connected to an oscillation circuit 12 having a piezoelectric vibrator 14, a first variable capacitance element 16 for compensating a temperature of an oscillation frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator 14 and a second variable capacitance element 18 for adjusting the oscillation frequency to a predetermined value; and an AFC circuit 54 connected to the second variable capacitance element 18 and controlling the capacity of the second variable capacitance element 18. The temperature compensation voltage generation circuit 29 has a first temperature compensation voltage generation circuit 30 connected to one end of the first variable capacitance element 16 and outputting a temperature compensation voltage for controlling the capacity of the first variable capacitance element 16; and a second temperature compensation voltage generation circuit 44 whose input side is connected to the first temperature compensation voltage generation circuit 30 and the AFC circuit 54, whose output side is connected to the other end opposite to the one end of the first variable capacitance element 16, and that outputs an auxiliary temperature compensation voltage generated by the inputted temperature compensation voltage and an output of the AFC circuit 54 to the first variable capacitance element 30. |
