PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which avoids radio wave interference in a used channel and enables constantly stable radio communication, and to provide a program.SOLUTION: A radio communication device 10 conducting radio communication with a network device comprises: a timer 4 periodically determining scan timing of electric field intensity; a first communication part C1 periodically scanning the electric field intensity at the scan timing; a second communication part C2 transmitting and receiving radio waves between the network device and a beacon; and a control part 3 which determines a channel having an optimal communication state on the basis of the electric field intensity scanned by the first communication part C1 and including information of the determined channel in the beacon. |
