POLYMER-CONCRETE COMPOSITION AFFILIATED WITH URETHANE

PURPOSE: A urethane based polymer concrete composition is provided to improve water-proof property and cracking resistance, and to prevent bleeding by using a polyurethane resin, a hardener, and powder containing sintered red soil. CONSTITUTION: A urethane based polymer concrete composition contains a polyurethane resin, a hardener, and powder. The polyurethane resin contains 80-120 parts by weight of isocyanate, 30-70 parts by weight of natural polyol, 20-60 parts by weight of general hard polyol, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of cross-linking agent, 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of catalyst, and 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of additive for 100 parts by weight of hardener. 100-900 parts by weight of powder are mixed with 100 parts by weight of polyurethane resin. The powder is a mixture of sintered red soil and calcium carbonate. The urethane based polymer concrete composition additionally contains a polyvinyl alcohol fiber as a reinforcing fiber.
