PURPOSE: A device and a method for recovering samples collected with a probe are provided to easily obtain samples as processes of pulverizing the probe in which collecting the samples is completed, acquiring the samples, and transferring the samples are performed by an automated machine. CONSTITUTION: A device (100) for recovering samples collected with a probe (200) includes a probe recovery unit (110), a pulverizing tool (120), a striking tool (170), and a receiving unit (130). The probe recovery unit grips the probe with a gripper and moves the same to a pulverizing position. The pulverizing tool pulverizes the front end of the probe received from the probe recovery unit. The striking tool applies additional impact to the pulverized probe and to help a fall of the samples. The receiving unit receives the samples of a probe head unit falling by receiving the additional impact of the striking tool, a sample case containing samples, and the debris of the probe.
