PURPOSE: A method for producing calves is provided to improve the conception rate of an estrous cow. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing calves is as follows. An estrous cow is treated with Oxytocin and the conception rate of the estrous cow is improved through embryo transplantation. Twin embryos are produced by transplanting well developed a fertilized egg. Oxytocin 3-15ml is injected into the estrous cow.
