PURPOSE: A light emitting device package and a lighting system including the same are provided to increase light efficiency by using a first and a second lead frame for reflecting the light generated from a light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A first lead frame (221) and a second lead frame (222) are arranged on a package body (210). A light emitting device (100) is electrically connected to the first lead frame and the second lead frame respectively. A first wavelength conversion layer and a second wavelength conversion layer are located on the surface the light emitting device. The first wavelength conversion layer includes a first phosphor region and a first resin region (250). The second wavelength conversion layer includes a second phosphor region and a second resin region (260).
