<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method a cell culture substrate capable of culturing multipotent stem cells without using feeder cells, differentiating the multipotent stem cells to specific cells at high purity, and also being used for selecting cells after differentiation, and to provide a method for culturing cells using the same, and a method for inducing differentiation of the multipotent stem cells. <P>SOLUTION: The cell culture substrate includes fixing or coating a protein belonging to cadherin family or a fusion protein containing all or a part of region of the protein belonging to cadherin family, and a polymer having a glycosylated chain on a surface thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
