A method for the determination of forces in threaded joints while tightening includes determination of calculated value of force on threaded element being tested, with calculation of stressed-deformed state of threaded element being tested, loading threaded element being tested with calculated tightening torque, measurement of deformation of threaded element being tested or displacement of the head of threaded element in the process of tightening. Regular bolt with a nut and parts that are connected, or an analog-imitator of parts that are connected, are used as threaded element being tested. Preliminarily calculations of stressed-deformed state of the bolt are performed, with determination of acceptable values for the set of controlled parameters in set of tightening torque, tightening force and angle of tightening a bolt or a nut. Then tightening of the tested threaded element with dynamometric wrench is performed. The values of the set of controlled parameters are measured, with comparison of those to acceptable calculated values. |
