<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste solution treatment apparatus capable of easily discarding a condensed waste solution, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The waste solution treatment apparatus 1 is constituted so as to heat the waste solution and evaporate the liquid component of the waste solution to perform condensation and includes a heating outer pot 30 formed of a magnetic material, a lid for hermetically closing the heating outer pot 30, an induction heating means 32 for generating AC magnetic flux in the heating outer pot 30 and subjecting the heating outer pot 30 to induction heating from the outside by hysteresis loss generated in the heating outer pot 30, a control part 38 for controlling the induction heating means 32, and the condensation accelerating inner pot 39 arranged in the heating outer pot 30 so that the outside surface thereof almost coincides with the inside surface of the heating outer pot 30 and internally receiving the waste solution to be condensed. The condensation accelerating inner pot 39 is formed of metal foil and an eddy current flows through the inner pot 39 by the induction heating of the induction heating means 32 and the inner pot is heated to temperature higher than the heating outer pot 30 by the Joule heat thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
