<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifying unit that discharges water in a humidifying element at each given humidifying quantity. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifying unit includes: a humidifying element employing a moisture permeable membrane system which is disposed in a supply air passage connecting an outdoor suction port with an indoor discharge port and humidifies air passing therethrough; a water supply pipe supplying water to the humidifying element; a discharge pipe discharging water from the humidifying element to the outside; a water supply solenoid valve which is provided at the water supply pipe and controls the amount of water supplied to the humidifying element; a discharge solenoid valve which is provided at the discharge pipe and controls the amount of water discharged from the humidifying element to the outside; a humidifying amount estimation means which estimates a moisture content emitted from the humidifying element into air; and a control means which controls to open the water discharge solenoid valve and to close the water supply solenoid valve when the integrated value of the humidifying amount estimated by the humidifying amount estimation means exceeds a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
