PURPOSE: A circular electronic display having a moon shape which installs a circular light emitting panel having a moon shape at a fixed height using an elevating support having is provided to make many people see the circular light emitting panel having a moon shape from a long distance, thereby safely protecting the facility by the control of elevation according to the change of weather. CONSTITUTION: A circular light emitting panel(10) includes a light emitting unit inside. A rotary motor(20) is formed at a lower part in order to rotate the circular light emitting panel around a rotary pivot axis(21). A elevating support(30) supporting the circular light emitting panel at a fixed height is connected to multiple X links(31) to change the height up and down. A drive cylinder(40) is connected to the lower part of the elevating support in order to control the height of the elevating support. A wheel(50) is formed at the bottom of the elevating support. A wind speed sensor(60) formed at the top end of circular light emitting panel senses the speed of wind. A control unit(70) selectively operates the drive cylinder according to the wind speed sensed in the wind speed sensor. |
