LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM YML007 HAVING ANTI-FUNGAL ACTIVITIY AND ITS USE

PURPOSE: Lactobacillus plantarum YML007 is provided to ensure antifungal activity against animal and vegetable pathogenic fungi, and to suppress myocotoxin production. CONSTITUTION: A microbial formulation contains Lactobacillus plantarum YML007(deposit number KCTC 12032BP), a culture thereof, or a product thereof. The microbial formulation prevents pathogenic fungi. The fungi are selected from the group consisting of Aspergillus, Fusarium, Penicillium, Candida, and Saccharomyces. The microbial formulation suppresses mycotoxin production.
