PURPOSE: A honeycomb extract composition is provided to safely protect plants near seashore from salinity, phytophthora blight, or anthrax, and to improve the quality of soil. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition is prepared by heating 40-50 % of a honeycomb extract and 50-60 % of spirit by volume at 80-120 deg. C for 1-2 hours. The coating composition is used for preventing penetration of salt or neutralizing salinity by forming a thin film on the surface of a plant. Organic materials and inorganic materials of the honeycomb change into a liquid phase without separation. The honeycomb contains 60 % of water soluble organic materials and 40 % of water insoluble inorganic materials. |
