PURPOSE: A producing method of solid food containing jasmine, and a nutrition bar using thereof are provided to use natural extracts having excellent anti-acidification function. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of solid food containing jasmine comprises the following steps: mixing processed grain products, nuts, functional additives, and dried Japanese apricot, and heating the mixture at 80-90 deg C; mixing a sugar solution with the heated mixture, and heating the mixture at 100-120 deg C; crushing the jasmine, and dipping the crushed jasmine in a solvent for hot water extracting; decompress-filtering the extract before concentrating; mixing the heated grain product mixture, the sugar solution, and the jasmine extract; and cooling and molding the obtained mixture. |
