<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked ceramic fired body excellent in strength and enabling to prevent occurrence of defects such as exfoliation in production. <P>SOLUTION: This stacked ceramic fired body 4 is obtained by preparing a stacked press-bonded body 2 by stacking and press-bonding a plurality of ceramic green sheets 1; degreasing to obtain a stacked degreased body 3; and firing. When the stacked press-bonded body 2 is freezed and the cross-section of frozen body is observed by a scanning electron microscope, the length of a linear boundary observed between the ceramic green sheets 1 is 10% or more to total length of the linear boundaries existing between the ceramic green sheets 1. Also, when the cross-section of frozen body obtained by freezing the stacked degreased body 3 after degreasing is observed by the scanning electronic microscope, the length of the linear boundary observed between the ceramic green sheets 1 is 5% or less to the total length of interface existing between the ceramic green sheets 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
