The prior art cannot allow for making and compiling requests (votes) for rebroadcasting of programs missed in the past. A receiver apparatus comprises: an EPG displaying unit that uses the EPG data, which has been acquired by the metadata acquiring unit, to generate and display an EPG page; a vote data generating unit that generates vote data of requests for rebroadcasting of contents selected by use of the EPG page displayed by the EPG displaying unit; and a vote data transmitting unit that accesses the vote destination information, which has been acquired by the metadata acquiring unit, to transmit the vote data.
