<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence for protection against wind, snow, and the like, having a high performance of protection against wind, snow, and the like, while including wind and light passableness, and reducing the burden due to wind against wind and snow protection plates, without deteriorating the prospect and the landscape. <P>SOLUTION: The shorter side cross section of a wind and snow protection plate 10 is shaped bent so as to consist of linearly symmetric swollen parts 11 and straight attachment parts 12 each located on each side of the swollen part 11. A number of holes are provided in the swollen parts 11, and one side from the generally center of the swollen part 11 is a porous part 15 allowing a large amount of light and wind to pass through while the other side is a rough through-hole part 17 having a low rate of surface aperture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
