FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method of determining the extent of grain damage lies in the fact that in grain storage the ammonia content is controlled, for which a static single-channel gas analyser "SAGO" with the sensitive element - piezosensor is used, which electrodes are previously modified by ultrasound suspending by carbon nanotubes of chloroform solution with the formation of the coating. After drying the piezosensor is placed in the cell for detection. The background signal is stabilised. A sample of grain is taken and placed in a weighing cup with a polyurethane membrane on the cover, it is exposed for 30 minutes. Through the polyurethane membrane 3 cmof the equilibrium gaseous phase of the sample is taken with the syringe and is injected into the cell for detection. The piezosensor oscillation frequency is registered at intervals of 1 minute, and according to the calibration chart the concentration of ammonia in the equilibrium gaseous phase above the sample is determined and the appropriate degree of damage.EFFECT: method is proposed that enables to monitor the grain quality with high reliability, objectivity and a small amount of sample.1 tbl, 2 ex |
