<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for microscopic observation for easily recognizing and specifying a position during observation in the case of performing observation at an enlargement magnification. <P>SOLUTION: The container for microscopic observation is configured to observe an object to be inspected by using a microscope. The container for microscopic observation includes a plate-like part for supporting the object to be inspected, and a grid consisting of a plurality of latitude lines and longitude lines arranged at predetermined intervals is arranged in the plate-like part, and the grid is formed by forming protrusions corresponding to grid lines in a metallic mold, and carrying out transfer of pressurizing the protrusions to the plate-like part to form recesses. Marks X0 to X4, Y0 to Y4 and IM for identifying the absolute position of the grid are arranged in the grid and in at least either the latitude lines or longitude lines forming the grid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
