A procedure for performing an handover of a mobile station (UE) from a cell under control of a radio base station (NB) of UTRA system to a cell under control of a radio base station (eNB) of E-UTRA system comprises a step wherein an exchange (MME) of E-UTRA system receives, from the radio base station (eNB) of E-UTRA system, a handover request response message including a transparent container including a security processing algorithm of AS used in communication between the radio base station (eNB) of E-UTRA system and the mobile station (UE), and transmits, to an exchange (SGSN) of UTRA system, NAS PDU including the transparent container, a security processing algorithm of NAS and a security processing parameter of NAS. |
