<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint connector capable of improving terminal-holding force. <P>SOLUTION: A joint terminal 10 having plural terminal parts 12 is held by a connector housing 20. The connector housing 20 is provided with: cavities 21 into which mating terminal fittings 40 capable of connecting to the joint terminal 10 is inserted; and lances 22 engaging with the mating terminal fittings 40 inserted into the cavities 21 to prevent the disconnection of the mating terminal fittings 40. Plural connector housings 20 can be laminated on one another. The connector housing 20 is provided with an engaging protrusion 25 capable of protruding to the cavities 21 of another connector housing 20 laminated on the connector housing. The other connector housing 20 has a through hole 26 formed therein so as to penetrate the engaging protrusion 25 through the cavities 21. When the connector housings 20 are laminated on each other, the engaging protrusion 25 protrudes from the through hole 26 to the cavities 21 and engages with the mating terminal fittings 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
