<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly practical vehicular floor spacer and its molding method. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular floor spacer molded of a polyurethane foam raw material inside a mold has an open cel ratio (ASTM D 2856-94) of 75% or higher, a density (JIS K 7222) of 40-95 kg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, a 25% compressive hardness of 300N or higher, a 50% compressive hardness of 500N or higher, and a 75% compressive hardness of 800N or higher. In the method for molding the floor spacer inside the mold, polyether polyol having a functional group number of 4-6 and a hydroxyl value of 400-500 obtained by applying additive polymerization of ethylene oxide to polyhydric alcohol and having an EO rate of 35% or higher and 2-15 mass% to the whole polyol is adopted as the polyurethane foam raw material.
