<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that temporary toilets available for a number of persons for a long period of time are required because, by damage to sewage facilities of social infrastructure in the case of disaster, toilets are disabled to be used and consequently a number of sufferers have trouble in daily life. <P>SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, facilities of a rainwater storage tank or a stormwater reservoir are structured to be capable of installing temporary toilets in the case of disaster.
