LENS ARRAY, LENS UNIT AND IMAGE READING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens array, a lens unit and an image reading apparatus capable of more finely reading images in a reading object.

SOLUTION: The lens array includes a plurality of convex lens parts each of which extends in a first direction and a holder part for holding the plurality of convex lens parts. Each of the plurality of convex lens parts includes a first convex lens surface 211 directing one side of the first direction and a second convex lens surface 212 oriented to the other side of the first direction. The first convex lens surface 211 forms an inverted image of an object while the second convex lens surface 212 forms an erect image of the object by re-forming the inverted image. A half field angle θ1 on the first convex lens surface 211 side is 6-15° and a half field angle θ2 on the second convex lens surface 212 side is 6-15°.
