<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily manufacturing a negative electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery capable of forming a lithium ion secondary battery having characteristics such as a stable output and capacity, to provide such a negative electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery, and to provide a lithium ion secondary battery having characteristics such as a stable output and capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a negative electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery composed of a negative electrode collector and a negative electrode material layer comprises the steps of: preparing coating liquid containing a negative electrode material and a solvent; forming a coating film by coating the coating liquid on a sheet-like negative electrode collector; drying the coating film at a temperature of 60 to 200°C for 10 minutes to 24 hours (first drying step); applying a pressure to the coating film which passed through the first drying step (pressure application step); and forming a negative electrode material layer by drying the coating film which passed through the pressure application step at a temperature of 60 to 200°C for 10 minutes to 24 hours (second drying step). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
