The tank (1) has an upper container portion (2) and a lower container portion (3) with different sizes communicating through a junction zone (4). The junction zone is weakened mechanically by thinning localized of a wall of a container according to a continuous or discontinuous line (L), where the junction zone is a contracting zone of a section of the container. The zone presents a flat part (5) that is directed perpendicular to/in a tilted way with respect to height of the container. The upper container portion is provided with a filling opening equipped with a removable sealing unit (7). An independent claim is also included for a tank and floor assembly.
