摘要 [Problem] To provide a bonded body of a metal and a ceramic, which is not easily broken and wherein the metal has a small surface roughness. [Solution] Provided is a bonded body of a ceramic (12) and a metal (18) that is mainly composed of titanium. This bonded body of a metal and a ceramic is characterized in that, with respect to the X-ray diffraction peak intensity of the surface of the metal (18) excluding the region bonded with the ceramic (12), when the intensity of a peak ascribed to the (011) plane of hexagonal alpha-titanium is represented by I011, the intensity of a peak ascribed to the (110) plane of hexagonal alpha-titanium is represented by I110 and the intensity of a peak ascribed to the (012) plane of hexagonal alpha-titanium is represented by I012, I110 and/or I012 is larger than I011.
