Some embodiments of the present invention may address the problem inherently present in obtaining, by a method of Chaos Theory, a chaos theoretical exponent value of a time series signal in which the dynamics change. A unique chaos theoretical exponent value calculation system, or SiCECA, is provided by the present invention, which may address for the first time such inherent problems, and which may enable the calculation of the desired chaos theoretical exponent value at a high-speed and on a real-time basis, where one of the unique features of the system or method lies in the use of data points of the time series signal which satisfies a certain periodictiy condition.
