The method involves acquisition or transmission of a projection data set of a computer tomography (CT) system (1), and iteratively determining an optimized movement field by reconstruction of a CT image data set with an image resolution. A final CT image data set is reconstructed with another image resolution using a movement-compensating reconstruction method based on a reconstruction algorithm e.g. analytic reconstruction algorithm, and the movement field. The final CT image data set is stored or edited on an image reproduction system. The reconstruction method is selected from a Feldmann-Davis-Kress reconstruction method and a Clack-Defrise reconstruction method. An independent claim is also included for a computer system for image construction.
