PURPOSE: A producing method of soymilk with the improved texture, and a soymilk producing apparatus are provided to prevent the breeding of microorganisms inside the soymilk by effectively grinding and heating the soymilk. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of soymilk with the improved texture comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials for the soymilk; increasing the temperature of the raw materials into the first temperature, and maintaining the first temperature; cooling the raw materials into the second temperature lower than the first temperature; grinding the raw materials while maintaining the second temperature; and freezing the ground raw materials. The first temperature is 93~100deg C. The second temperature is 85~98deg C. |
