<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive segment which ensures degradation resistance and corrosion resistance obviously when used in the ordinary environment and even when used in the presence of a sulfur component such as gasoline and which imparts high reliability to a detection value. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive segment is provided: by printing an Ag-Pd conductor paste comprising at least silver (Ag) and palladium (Pd) onto a resistance plate, followed by drying or followed by drying and also calcination to form a first conductive region and then printing an Au conductor paste having gold (Au) as a main component onto the first conductive region to form a second conductive region, followed by drying and also calcination; or by printing an Au conductor paste having gold (Au) as a main component, followed by drying or by drying and also calcination to form a first conductive region and then printing an Ag-Pd conductor paste comprising at least silver (Ag) and palladium (Pd) on the first conductive region to form a second conductive region, followed by drying and also calcination. The metal of each conductor paste is dispersed in the other conductive region, respectively, and the gold (Au) content ratio is almost uniform in the range of 30% or more, from the surface layer to around the intermediate layer of the conductive segment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
