PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a video from a specified position on a route of a movable body which is displayed on a screen.

SOLUTION: A monitoring device 10 comprises a motion detection part 22 for detecting a motion of the movable body and a route generation part 23 for generating route information including recording time and a movable body position at a detection point while setting the detection point on the basis of a feature of the detected motion, and displays a line connecting between the detected points on a screen of a display device 130 as a route of the movable body, referring to the route information. The monitoring device 10 further comprises a time calculation part 25 for receiving an input which specifies the position on the route and calculating the recording time on the basis of positional relation of the specified position and the detected point to reproduce the video from the recording time corresponding to the specified position.
