PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently use a space on a substrate by minimizing a region between a display region and a sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is arranged in a display region of a substrate to face a sealing member. An organic light emitting device is electrically connected to a thin film transistor in the display region and includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an intermediate layer. A sealing member(150) is formed around the display region between the substrate and the sealing member. An internal circuit unit(160) is arranged between the display region and the sealing member. A passivation layer(118) is arranged on the thin film transistor and covers the internal circuit unit. A pixel defining layer(119) is arranged on the passivation layer. A getter(170) overlaps with a part of the internal circuit unit between the substrate and the sealing member.
