The present invention relates to a vehicle LED billboard in which all necessary parts are installed in one LED billboard to optimally adjust the brightness of an LED screen and optimally vary advertisement images according to the surroundings for maximizing advertisement effects, and an advertisement method using the vehicle LED billboard. The vehicle LED billboard of the present invention comprises: an LED screen for outputting images; a sub control board for transmitting image signals to the LED screen; a main control board for transmitting image data and control signals to the sub control board; a wireless access point device for transmitting and receiving electric signals to and from the main control board and transmitting and receiving data to and from an external device; a luminance detection sensor for detecting an external luminance; an interface for receiving electric signals from the luminance detection sensor and communicating with the main control board while transmitting the electric signals to the main control board; a control power unit for distributing power received from an outer source to the sub control board and the main control board; and a display power unit for adjusting the brightness of the LED screen by restrictively distributing power received from an external power source to the LED screen according to a control signal from the interface, wherein all of the LED screen, the sub control board, the main control board, the wireless access point device, the luminance detection sensor, the interface, the control power unit, and the display power unit are disposed in the vehicle LED billboard. |
