BALASTING SYSTEM AND FLOATING MARINE STRUCTURE HAVING THE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A ballasting system and a floating offshore structure with the same are provided to prevent the inflow of oil into a ballast water tank by a space part between an oil storage tank and the ballast water tank and to efficiently use the space of the space part as all the pipes pass through the space part. CONSTITUTION: A ballasting system comprises an oil storage tank(30), ballast water tanks(3), and space parts(31). The ballast water tanks are installed in the outside of the oil storage tank. The space parts are arranged between the oil storage tank and the ballast water tanks.
