PURPOSE: A hybrid pontoon for mooring with a chain is provided to obtain a load-bearing capacity of the end of an outer wall where a mooring cable, a mooring chain, and others are connected against an external force, by reinforcing the end of the outer wall with a material formed by the combination between concrete and steel materials. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid pontoon for mooring with a chain comprises a concrete body, steel materials(4), and connection tools(5). An outer wall of the concrete body comprises combining parts formed along the exterior of the pontoon with a preset width and thickness. The steel materials are arranged in the combining parts. One end of the connection tools are exposed to the outside of the combining parts so that the connection tools can be coupled to the steel materials and can be exposed to the outside of the combining parts.
