<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pump of high efficiency having a mesh-like uneven surface extending along the circumferential and axial directions of a rotor, and suppressing bubbles from coming off the uneven surface at a dash. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid pump 10 includes a resin part 54 at the outer peripheral part of a rotor magnet 48, and the mesh-like first uneven surface 58 extending along the circumferential and axial direction of the rotor 20 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 54A of the resin part 54. Bubbles 62 remain in the first uneven surface 58 to reduce resistance associated with the rotation of the rotor 20. Furthermore, since the first uneven surface 58 is formed in mesh shape extending along the circumferential and axial directions of the rotor 20, the bubbles 62 can be suppressed from coming off the first uneven surface 58 at a dash.
