The present invention relates to a sewing machine. The sewing machine includes a sewing body; a bed unit movably disposed in a lower portion of the sewing body and having a sewing table on which sewing work is conducted; a sewing head disposed in an upper portion of the bed unit and having a sewing needle module for the sewing work; and a head driving unit connected to the sewing head to move on the sewing body and including a head rotation motor and an actuator, wherein the head rotation motor is disposed in a Z-axis direction, where the sewing head moves up and down, to rotate the sewing head, and the actuator supplies power for allowing the sewing head to move up and down in the Z-axis direction. |
