<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recruitment system that efficiently collects information, and determines a composition of persons to be employed based upon a predetermined ratio or a predetermined number regarding one attribute. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a recruitment system 1 which receives a recruitment request from a recruiting person, successively broadcasts a recruitment notice based upon the recruitment request with a time difference for each group comprising one or more target persons, and determines persons to be employed among applicants having replied under predetermined conditions, the recruitment system including a recruitment reception part 10 which receives the recruitment request and records recruitment contents, a target person extraction part 20 which extracts target persons from candidates according to a current composition state of the persons to be employed and generates a target person list, a recruitment execution part 30 which broadcasts the recruit notice to each target person included in the target person list, and records a recruit state, an application reception part 40 which receives applications from applicants for a predetermined period after the recruitment notice is broadcast, and records application contents, and an employment determination part 50 which determines persons to be employed among the applicants and records an employment result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
