PURPOSE: A low temperature fish fillet cutter apparatus and a using method thereof are provided to improve use convenience by facilitating filleting of low temperature fish. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature fish fillet cutter apparatus comprises a blade body(11), a bone separating unit(13), and a handle unit(15). In the blade body, blades are consecutively formed along the pointed end of the width direction in order to separate fish bone. The bone separating unit is integrated with the blade body and has a central unit which is bent to correspond to the backbone of fish. The handle unit is fixed in order to surround a coupling unit. The bone separating unit is formed to be bent toward one of the upper and lower parts. |
