PURPOSE: A method for making Seokgyulmyounghwan is provided to safely and easily take in Seokgyulmyoung(abalone shell powder). CONSTITUTION: A method for making Seokgyulmyounghwan comprises: a step of dipping abalone shells in seawater for 10 days and washing with a brush(S1); a step of heating the Seokgyulmyoung at 500°C for two or more hours and pulverzing(S2); and a step of mixing 51% of Seokgyulmyoung, 25% of sea tangle, 18% of Hizikia fusiformis (Harvey) Okamura, and 6% of abalone intestine to make Seokgyulmyounghwan(S3). |
